Redline

Redline is a monorail mounted conveyor that provides the pathway to continuous haulage in a dynamic work environment.

 

Roll-over & height adjust mechanism:

Single contact point to rotate the idler frames combined
with a height adjustment mechanism to level the belt

Roll-over idler:

Winding mechanism allows the idlers to engage & disengage
the conveyor belt with minimal effort, quickly removing them from
service. This simplifies maintenance as idlers can be replaced
without a belt-lift device

Roof bolt mounted monorail:

Allows the E-frame to easily traverse the roadway for effortless
extension or retraction. Drive unit at the inbye end of the conveyor
system pulls E-frames along the monorail to minimise manual handling

Height has been minimised by incorporating the trolley
into the E-frame
